Delivery times 

Our delivery times are 7 to 10 days*.

We work directly with producers. Therefore, we have no intermediary and this allows us to offer you truly competitive rates compared to what you could find in a physical store.

What happens after I validate my order?

You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

We take care of shipping your order within 24/48h.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a second email once your item is shipped.

On it is a link to theTracking page, with automatic connection of your personal identifiers.

You can also go to this page directly from an Internet browser and manually insert your identifiers (email + order number).

What if I am not available on the day of delivery?

Packages delivered by post generally do not require a counter signature.

The few parcels delivered by professional carriers sometimes require a counter signature upon receipt.

If this is the case and you are not there during the delivery, a card will be issued in your mailbox containing information on the procedure to be followed.

What is our return and refund policy?

If you change your mind, you can return your order. Returns can be organized simply by sending us an email on our contact form.

Special case of orders with several articles

Since we work with different producers, if you have ordered several items, they will arrive in your home in different packages.

This again avoids adding an intermediary to collect your order, which results in articles at competitive prices!

If you receive a package with part of your order, this is completely normal and you just have to wait for the second package.
